Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Electronics Manufacturing Company in Bangalore. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the manufacturing sector. As a key member of our Business Development department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our client base, and fostering long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to promote our products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

A degree or diploma in ITI, Diploma, BE, or B.Tech is preferred. Relevant certifications in sales or business development are a plus.

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry, especially electronics, is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
