Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new potential clients and verticals within the Information Technology sector.
- Utilize a multi-channel approach for lead generation, including email campaigns, social selling (especially LinkedIn), and cold calling.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and quotas.
- Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and initiate contact through strategic outreach.
Outreach & Initial Engagement
- Execute outbound sales strategies to schedule initial meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales executives.
- Develop a deep understanding of HR GLOBAL REACH's service offerings to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects.
- Create personalized outreach messages that resonate with the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
- Nurture early-stage relationships with potential clients, building trust and establishing our company as a thought leader.
Sales Support & CRM Management
- Work closely with the Project Management and Senior Sales teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Meticulously track all activities, conversations, and lead status updates in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Provide regular reports on outreach metrics, lead conversion rates, and pipeline health to the sales manager.
- Attend industry webinars and events (virtual or in-person) to network and generate new leads.
Requirements & Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about technology and possesses the tenacity and intellect to succeed in a competitive sales environment. Your academic background has prepared you for the rigors of this role.
Education & Experience
- A completed Doctorate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- 0-1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role. Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
