Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Butler to join our Service and Maintenance department. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing personalized service to high-profile guests. No prior experience is required, making this a perfect opportunity for recent graduates or those new to the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized butler services to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Manage guest requests efficiently, including room service, luggage handling, and concierge services.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, catering, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in guest suites and common areas.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
• Assist in event planning and execution for VIP guests, including private dinners and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and service protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education

• Education Level: Doctorate (Preferred, but not mandatory for candidates with relevant skills)

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest service.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of hotel management and hospitality best practices.

Experience

• Experience Level: 0-1 Year (Freshers welcome)
• Prior experience in luxury hospitality or customer service is a plus.
