Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Butler Supervisor to oversee the butler service team at our luxury hotel. This role requires exceptional supervisory skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering unparalleled guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate-level education and at least 0-1 years of experience in hospitality supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the butler team to ensure seamless guest service.
• Train and mentor junior butlers in luxury service standards and protocol.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Liaise with other departments (housekeeping, concierge, F&B) to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Handle VIP guest requests with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintain inventory of butler service supplies and equipment.
• Conduct performance evaluations for team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-pressure environment.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure all guest requests are executed flawlessly.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Education: Doctorate degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience: 0-1 year of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel setting.
• Adaptability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Guest-Centric Approach: Passion for delivering personalized, high-end service.
