Cable Tray Fitter – Full-Time Position in Abu Dhabi

About the Role

Royal Star Manpower Solutions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cable Tray Fitter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing cable trays in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and secure cable trays, conduits, and support systems in industrial and commercial settings.
• Measure, cut, and bend cable trays to fit specific project requirements.
• Ensure proper alignment and secure attachment of trays to walls, ceilings, or other structures.
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to complete installations accurately.
• Inspect and maintain existing cable tray systems for integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with electricians and engineers to ensure seamless cable management.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including PPE usage and hazard awareness.
• Use hand and power tools proficiently to complete tasks efficiently.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving installation issues.
• Report any defects or irregularities to the supervisor promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with cutting, bending, and fastening cable trays.
• Knowledge of industry safety standards and best practices.
• Ability to use hand tools (e.g., drills, saws, wrenches) and power tools.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and cable management.
