Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to established standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including seating areas and service counters.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience and revenue.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during peak hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications
