Key Responsibilities and Duties
As the Camp Boss, you will be the cornerstone of our camp's daily operations. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a safe, efficient, and comfortable living environment for all personnel. Your role encompasses a wide range of coordination and management tasks, requiring a hands-on approach and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Oversee the entire camp operations, including accommodation, catering, housekeeping, and recreational facilities.
- Manage and lead a diverse team of staff, including cooks, cleaners, maintenance personnel, and security, ensuring high performance and adherence to protocols.
- Coordinate all logistical requirements for the camp, from supply chain management for food and beverages to inventory control of household and maintenance items.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and company management to address concerns, report on operations, and plan for future requirements.
- Develop and manage the camp's budget, controlling costs without compromising on quality and service standards.
- Implement and maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout the camp facilities.
- Handle administrative duties such as staff scheduling, payroll coordination, and preparing operational reports.
- Plan and oversee all catering services, ensuring meals are nutritious, varied, and prepared to the highest standards of food safety.
- Act as the first point of contact for any emergencies or critical incidents within the camp, implementing emergency response procedures effectively.

Education & Experience

- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a significant advantage.
