About the Role

Nasline HR Consultancy is seeking a skilled and experienced Car AC Technician to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining automotive air conditioning systems. This role is critical in ensuring the optimal performance of vehicle AC units for our clients in the Facility Management and Maintenance Services industry.

As a Car AC Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team of professionals to deliver high-quality service. Your expertise in HVAC systems, refrigerant handling, and electrical diagnostics will be essential in keeping vehicles cool and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in automotive air conditioning systems.
• Perform repairs, replacements, and maintenance of AC components such as compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
• Handle refrigerant recharge and recovery in compliance with environmental regulations.
• Inspect electrical circuits and wiring related to AC systems for faults or damage.
• Test and verify system performance post-repair to ensure optimal cooling efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Provide recommendations to clients for preventive maintenance and upgrades.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Car AC Technician or in a similar automotive HVAC role.
• Diploma or graduation in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive AC systems, refrigerants, and electrical components.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment such as manifold gauges, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps.
• Certification in refrigerant handling (e.g., EPA 608 or equivalent) is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
