Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Car AC Technician to join our Operations team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining automotive air conditioning systems for vehicles in our fleet. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicle air conditioning systems.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on AC components.
• Recharge refrigerant and ensure proper system functionality.
• Identify leaks, damages, or inefficiencies in AC units.
• Replace faulty parts such as compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize vehicle performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in servicing automotive HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of refrigerant handling and recovery procedures.
• Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with diagnostic tools (e.g., manifold gauges, leak detectors).
• Familiarity with AC system components (compressors, condensers, etc.).

Education & Experience:

• Diploma or certification in Automotive Technology, HVAC, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Car AC Technician.
• Prior experience in the Oil & Gas or Engineering sector is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Work Environment
