Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Car Washing and Polishing Technician to join our Engineering department. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in car care and possess strong technical skills. The role involves performing high-quality washing, polishing, and detailing services to ensure vehicles meet company and customer standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough washing, polishing, and detailing of vehicles using industry-standard techniques and equipment.
• Inspect vehicles for damage, scratches, or imperfections before and after service.
• Use specialized cleaning agents, polishes, and waxes to achieve desired results.
• Maintain and clean equipment and work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow company guidelines and safety protocols while handling chemicals and tools.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and report shortages.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

Doctorate in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Automotive Technology) or equivalent hands-on experience.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in car washing, polishing, or detailing, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.

Skills

• Proficiency in using car care tools and equipment (buffers, pressure washers, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, polishes, and waxes.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot imperfections.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to cleaning chemicals and varying weather conditions. Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours may be required.
