CAT Engine Specialist

About the Role

RK Travel Services is seeking a highly skilled CAT Engine Specialist to join our dynamic Engineering team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing CAT engines used in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience with CAT engines and a strong grasp of Machine Learning applications in engine diagnostics and performance enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on CAT engines to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize Machine Learning tools to analyze engine data and predict potential failures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engine upgrades and modifications.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with industry safety standards.
• Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and field technicians.
• Maintain detailed records of engine performance, maintenance schedules, and repairs.
• Assist in the procurement of engine parts and liaise with suppliers.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Graduation/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience working with CAT engines in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning applications in engine diagnostics is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in CAT engine software and diagnostic tools.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting engine performance data.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of industry safety protocols and regulatory standards.
