Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the loading and unloading of catalysts in reactors and regeneration systems
- Coordinate catalyst changeout activities during plant turnarounds and shutdowns
- Monitor catalyst performance and initiate regeneration procedures when required
- Implement catalyst handling protocols to ensure maximum efficiency and lifespan
- Maintain accurate records of catalyst inventory, usage, and performance metrics
Team Leadership & Maintenance Coordination
- Lead and manage a team of technicians specializing in catalyst operations

Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Certification
- Graduation/Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
