Job Overview

Nasline HR Consultancy is seeking a skilled Central & Network / Telephone Tech to join our client's operations team in the Agriculture sector. This role is ideal for a technically proficient individual with 3-5 years of experience in network and telecommunications systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing central and telephone networks to ensure seamless communication across agricultural operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain central network systems and telephone equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity and telephone services.
• Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot latency, downtime, or other issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Document technical processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in installing and maintaining central network systems.
• Strong understanding of telephone and VoIP technologies.
• Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with network security best practices.

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Graduation in Telecommunications, Networking, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in network or telephone technical support.
• Previous experience in the Agriculture sector is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration.

Work Environment
