Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Central & Network / Telephone Technician to join our Network Administration team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of technical experience and a diploma or graduation in a relevant field. This is a full-time, on-site role in Riyadh, offering a competitive salary range of 5-8 LPA.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain central office equipment, network systems, and telephone infrastructure.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics for network and telephone-related issues.
- Ensure smooth communication flow by monitoring and optimizing network performance.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical disruptions.
- Conduct periodic inspections and preventive maintenance of telecommunications systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, repairs, and upgrades.
- Assist in the deployment of new network technologies and upgrades.
- Comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in installing and maintaining central office equipment.
- Hands-on experience with network administration and telephone systems.
- Knowledge of VoIP, PBX, and other telecommunication technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Educational & Professional Requirements
- Diploma or Graduation in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in network or telephone system maintenance.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction sector preferred.
