Job Summary
Royal Star Manpower Solutions is seeking a skilled Assistant Tray Fitter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of cable trays and supports within the Oil & Gas and Engineering & Construction sectors. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, a strong understanding of machine learning applications in industrial settings, and a diploma or graduation in a relevant field.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation and fitting of cable trays, supports, and conduits.
- Follow blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure accurate tray fitting.
- Work closely with senior fitters and engineers to complete projects on time.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of installed trays.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulations.
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing faulty tray systems.
- Use machine learning tools to optimize installation processes.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills
- 1-3 years of experience as an Assistant Tray Fitter or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of machine learning applications in industrial settings.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in tray fitting.
- Understanding of safety protocols in the Oil & Gas industry.
