Job Description: Chiller Technician & Operator

About the Role

Nasline HR Consultancy is seeking a skilled Chiller Technician & Operator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in maintaining and operating chiller systems to ensure optimal performance in agricultural operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HVAC systems, refrigeration, and chiller maintenance, along with a strong technical background.

Key Responsibilities

As a Chiller Technician & Operator, your primary duties will include:

• Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing chiller systems to ensure efficient operation.
• Diagnosing technical issues and performing troubleshooting on chiller units.
• Monitoring system performance and adjusting controls as needed.
• Performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Documenting maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance data.
• Coordinating with other team members to address operational challenges.
• Assisting in the installation and commissioning of new chiller systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Graduation/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in chiller maintenance and operation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting chiller systems, refrigerant handling, and HVAC controls.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in HVAC or refrigeration are preferred.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and industry best practices.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
