Civil Engineer (Batch Plant Operations) – Full Time

Job Overview

Arvind Manpower Solutions is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer (Batch Plant Operations) to join our team in the Oil & Gas / Engineering & Construction industry. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with potential opportunities in UAE and Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in construction and batch plant operations, with a focus on production efficiency, quality control, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of batch plants to ensure efficient production of construction materials.
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards for concrete, asphalt, and other materials.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to meet production deadlines.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies.
• Prepare reports on production metrics, material usage, and plant performance.
• Optimize batching processes to reduce waste and improve cost efficiency.
• Supervise and train plant personnel to enhance productivity and safety awareness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in batch plant operations within the construction or Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of concrete and asphalt batching techniques.
• Familiarity with construction materials testing and quality assurance.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.
• Proficiency in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Education & Experience:

• Graduation or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in construction and batch plant management.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia, UAE, or Qatar is preferred.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
