Job Responsibilities

As a Civil Engineer in our construction team, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensuring compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Preparing detailed project reports, cost estimates, and feasibility studies.
• Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conducting site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Managing project budgets and timelines to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Resolving technical and logistical challenges during the construction phase.
• Supervising junior engineers and providing mentorship as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering design software.
• Experience in project management tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and safety protocols.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Educational & Professional Requirements:
