Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in construction to join our dynamic Engineering team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil engineering principles and hands-on experience in construction projects within the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections and assess project requirements for civil engineering works.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project documentation.
• Monitor construction progress and troubleshoot issues to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure all engineering activities align with environmental regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the procurement of construction materials and equipment.
• Provide technical support to junior engineers and construction teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering, specifically in construction projects.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction industry is preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other engineering design software.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and materials.
• Knowledge of local and international engineering standards (e.g., ASTM, ACI).
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
