Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed construction plans, including blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure the integrity and stability of construction projects.
• Prepare cost estimates and project budgets, tracking expenses and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international oil & gas industry regulations.
• Resolve technical issues and provide innovative solutions to construction challenges.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and construction teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Certification

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent is preferred.

Experience

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering within the oil & gas industry.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar engineering design software.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and materials.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
