Civil Engineers (Oil & Gas Construction)

About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineers to join our dynamic team in Muscat, Oman. This full-time role is within the Oil & Gas Construction industry, focusing on large-scale infrastructure and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on experience in construction and civil engineering, ensuring the successful execution of projects while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and oversee civil engineering projects in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to deliver high-quality results.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for construction projects.
• Ensure all work adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Resolve engineering challenges and provide innovative solutions.
• Supervise construction teams and subcontractors to maintain project efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in construction and civil engineering, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other engineering design software.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
• Experience with project management tools and cost estimation.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination.

Work Location & Environment
