Job Overview

Aman International HR Consultant is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical to overseeing civil construction projects in the Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industry. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in supervision, along with a strong background in civil engineering or construction management.

Location: Al-Naseem, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary Range: 10-15 LPA (Indian Rupees)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead civil construction teams on-site to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure work complies with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Monitor material usage, labor efficiency, and equipment deployment to optimize productivity.
• Conduct daily inspections of construction sites to ensure quality and adherence to safety protocols.
• Resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, work logs, and other documentation as required.
• Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in supervision and team leadership in civil construction.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in using construction tools, equipment, and software.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education & Experience:

• Diploma or Graduation in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in civil foreman roles, preferably in the Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industry.
• Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a plus.

Work Environment & Conditions

This role requires on-site presence at construction sites in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Civil Foreman must be prepared to work in challenging conditions, including:

• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions (heat, dust, etc.)
• Extended working hours when required to meet project deadlines.
• Compliance with strict safety regulations in the Oil & Gas sector.
