Civil, HVAC, Plumbing, Static, Rotating, Electrical & Instrumentation Inspector

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil, HVAC, Plumbing, Static, Rotating, Electrical & Instrumentation Inspector to join our Quality Control team in Diriyah, Riyadh. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with QA/QC standards across various construction and maintenance projects in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong background in inspecting civil, mechanical, and electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Multi-Discipline Inspector, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting inspections of civil works, including structural concrete, steel, and earthwork.
• Inspecting HVAC and Plumbing systems for compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Evaluating static and rotating equipment such as pressure vessels, pumps, and compressors.
• Verifying the installation and functionality of electrical & instrumentation systems.
• Ensuring all inspections adhere to QA/QC standards and project requirements.
• Preparing detailed inspection reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
• Monitoring compliance with local and international construction codes (e.g., ASME, API, ASTM).

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Certification

• Graduation or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in QA/QC or relevant inspection disciplines is preferred.

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Oil & Gas construction or related industries.
• Proven track record in inspecting civil, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and instrumentation systems.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of QA/QC standards and international codes (ASME, API, ASTM, ISO).
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and testing equipment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
