Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Incharge to join our Engineering department. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience to grow their career in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will assist in managing civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising civil engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and government regulations.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management.
• Assist in material procurement and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
• Conduct site inspections and identify potential risks or delays.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including project reports and technical drawings.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Experience:

• 0-1 year of experience in civil engineering or construction management (freshers are encouraged to apply).

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
• Understanding of civil engineering principles, construction materials, and industry standards.

Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
