Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Technician with 3-5 years of experience in construction and facility management to join our client's team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil maintenance, repairs, and minor construction projects while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of civil structures and facilities
• Supervise minor construction and renovation projects
• Identify and repair defects in buildings, roads, and other infrastructure
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Prepare reports on maintenance activities, costs, and project progress
• Assist in the preparation of technical drawings and specifications
• Maintain accurate records of materials, tools, and equipment
• Respond to emergency repair requests promptly
