Civil Technician

About the Role

H.R. International is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Technician to join our Operations team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in civil construction, particularly in the Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and supervision of civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and execution of civil construction plans and technical drawings.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate construction activities, including earthworks, concrete works, and structural installations.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Assist in material testing, quality control, and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs and progress reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Diploma or Graduation in Civil Engineering or related field.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in civil construction, preferably in the Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction sector.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency in using surveying and measurement equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work on-site in Al Batha, Riyadh.
• Understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards in construction.
