Key Responsibilities

The Cladder Cum Insulator will perform the following duties:

• Apply thermal insulation materials to walls, pipes, ductwork, and equipment.
• Measure and cut insulation materials to required dimensions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all installations.
• Inspect existing insulation systems for damage or inefficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to optimize insulation solutions.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in thermal insulation installation techniques.
• Experience with cladding materials (e.g., metal, composite panels).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.

Educational & Professional Requirements:

• ITI certification in a relevant trade (e.g., Insulation, Construction).
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Cladder Cum Insulator.
• Familiarity with insulation materials (e.g., fiberglass, foam, mineral wool).

Preferred Qualifications:
