About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Neurosurgeon to join our prestigious healthcare facility in Dhahran, Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves performing advanced brain and spine surgeries, diagnosing neurological conditions, and providing patient-centric care. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in neurosurgery and hold a relevant Doctorate degree.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex neurosurgical procedures, including brain and spine surgeries.
• Diagnose and treat neurological disorders such as tumors, trauma, and degenerative diseases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient treatment plans.
• Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in neurosurgery techniques.
• Mentor and supervise junior medical staff and residents.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and medical regulations.

Required Qualifications

Education & Certification

• Doctorate in Medicine (MD) with specialization in Neurosurgery.
• Valid medical license to practice in Saudi Arabia (or eligibility for licensure).
• Board certification in Neurosurgery is preferred.

Experience & Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in clinical neurosurgery, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Proficiency in advanced neurosurgical techniques, including minimally invasive procedures.
• Strong knowledge of neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, and neurology.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and precision for surgical interventions.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make critical decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient consultations.
