CMS Project Lead - Oil & Gas Industry

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced CMS Project Lead to oversee critical projects within the Oil & Gas industry. Based in Doha, Qatar, the successful candidate will lead project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role requires 5-10 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on CMS (Content Management Systems) and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of CMS-related projects in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones, and KPIs.
• Optimize CMS workflows to improve efficiency and digital asset management.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate CMS solutions with existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in project planning and execution within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of CMS platforms and digital content management.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
• Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Project Management are a plus.
