Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Kuwait City, Al Asimah. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in CNC operations, a keen eye for detail, and strong problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of 5-8 LPA.

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts for our manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with engineers and quality control teams to ensure high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize machining processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in operating CNC machines (milling, turning, or grinding).
• Strong understanding of G-code programming and machine calibration.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
• Basic knowledge of Machine Learning applications in manufacturing is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Education & Experience

• Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).

• Familiarity with industry-standard CNC software and tools.
