We are seeking a skilled and passionate Commis I/II/III to join our dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for culinary professionals with 1-3 years of experience who are eager to grow in a high-standard kitchen environment. As a Commis, you will assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and support senior chefs in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, mise en place, and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs.
  • Follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and minimizing food waste.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in basic cooking techniques (grilling, sautéing, baking, etc.).
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.

Education & Experience:

  • Education Level: Doctorate in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 1-3 years in a professional kitchen (hotel, restaurant, or catering).
