Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Engineer/Manager with 5-10 years of experience in construction project management. The ideal candidate will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
  • Review project specifications, blueprints, and contracts to ensure compliance.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
  • Lead and mentor construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality standards.
  • Resolve technical and logistical challenges during project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to optimize project outcomes.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.
  • Implement best practices in construction project management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Doctorate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • 5-10 years of proven experience in construction engineering or project management.
  • Experience working with PMCs or large-scale construction projects is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other design tools.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
