Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Manager to oversee our Oil & Gas construction projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in construction management, with a strong focus on project execution, team leadership, and compliance with industry standards.

As a Construction Manager at ASTTAR, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities for Oil & Gas projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead and mentor on-site construction teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Review and approve construction designs, blueprints, and specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Doctorate in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.

Skills:

• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Experience with Oil & Gas infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction regulations and standards.
