Key Responsibilities and Daily Duties
As a Construction Manager-Superintendent, you will be the cornerstone of our project execution team. Your comprehensive management skills will be deployed across a wide range of critical functions essential for project success.
- Provide overall on-site leadership and administrative management for construction personnel and subcontractors on the project site.
- Develop and implement detailed project execution plans, including construction schedules, resource allocation, and equipment mobilization.
- Ensure strict adherence to all project specifications, quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations mandated by the Oil & Gas industry.
- Manage and control project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising on safety or quality.
- Lead daily toolbox meetings and weekly safety audits to foster a zero-incident culture on the construction site.
- Coordinate directly with clients, engineers, vendors, and other project stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any technical or logistical issues promptly.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to meet project milestones and avoid costly delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, verify work quality, and ensure all activities align with the project's critical path.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily progress reports, incident reports, and other necessary documentation to senior management.
- Mentor, train, and evaluate site staff and crews, promoting a collaborative team environment focused on achieving project goals.
Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

Education & Formal Certification
