Key Responsibilities and Duties
As a Construction Manager with our company, you will be at the helm of our on-site operations. Your primary objective will be to ensure the seamless execution of all construction activities from inception to completion. Your daily tasks will encompass a wide range of critical functions essential to project success.
- Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for all on-site construction activities for Oil & Gas facilities, including pipelines, processing plants, and related infrastructure.
- Develop, manage, and meticulously track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure financial and temporal targets are met or exceeded.
- Implement and enforce rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols, creating a culture of zero accidents and full compliance with international and local regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a large, multidisciplinary team of engineers, supervisors, foremen, and laborers, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineering consultants, vendors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring clear and consistent communication and reporting.
- Oversee quality control and assurance programs to guarantee all workmanship and materials meet project specifications and industry best practices.
- Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays, cost overruns, and safety incidents.
- Review and approve technical drawings, method statements, and material submittals to ensure constructability and adherence to design intent.
- Coordinate logistics, material deliveries, and equipment mobilization to align with the construction sequence and workflow.
Requirements and Qualifications

Education & Certification

- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD) and the MS Office Suite.
