Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and extensive knowledge of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting progress to senior management.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts efficiently.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily logs and reports.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace hazards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Graduation or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in construction supervision.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on large-scale construction projects.
• Certification in OSHA or other safety training programs.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Arabic) is advantageous.
