Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Construction Work Pack Engineer to join our dynamic team at ABU DHABI OIL & GAS COMPANY. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or diploma holders looking to kickstart their career in the oil & gas or manufacturing sector. The role involves planning and preparing work packs to support construction and engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update construction work packs in alignment with project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure accurate documentation.
• Verify technical drawings, specifications, and material lists for completeness.
• Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Monitor project progress and report discrepancies or delays to senior engineers.
• Maintain records and documentation for audits and quality control purposes.
• Support site inspections and provide technical assistance as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Basic understanding of construction and engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Education & Experience

• Graduation or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role (internships or academic projects accepted).
• Familiarity with oil & gas or manufacturing industry standards is a plus.
