Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Coordinating Engineers to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders in large-scale Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record in project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering activities between multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical and logistical challenges.
• Review engineering designs, specifications, and documentation for compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to engineering coordination and execution.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Oil & Gas safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports and project documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in coordination within engineering projects, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools.

Education & Experience:

• Graduation or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region.
• Familiarity with international engineering standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO).
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

Work Environment

This is an on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and occasional travel to project sites. The work environment is dynamic, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and problem-solving in high-pressure scenarios.
