Intraglobe HR is seeking an experienced Cost Control Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering team in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in cost control, budget management, and financial analysis within engineering or construction projects. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strong analytical skills and expertise in cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets.
• Develop cost control strategies to optimize project expenditures.
• Prepare detailed cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to track financial performance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
• Review contractor and supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments related to project costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all cost-related documentation.
• Support the procurement team in cost evaluation of bids and tenders.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Graduation or Diploma in Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in cost control within engineering or construction projects.
• Proven track record in budget management and cost analysis.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in cost control software and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
