Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cost Control Engineer to join our Engineering Department in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in cost estimation and project control within the Oil & Gas sector. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, analytical skills, and expertise in managing project budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost estimates for engineering projects in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions to mitigate financial risks.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize resource allocation.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Review contracts and procurement documents for cost accuracy.
• Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising project quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in cost estimation and financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and cost control software.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Education & Experience:

• Graduation or Diploma in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Prior experience in cost control or project management roles.
