Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Crane Operators to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in safely operating cranes in the Oil & Gas or Construction sectors, ensuring efficient and hazard-free lifting operations.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strict adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for the precise handling of heavy materials and equipment, contributing to seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate various types of cranes (e.g., mobile, tower, overhead) with precision and safety.
• Perform pre-operational inspections to ensure crane functionality and safety compliance.
• Follow rigging and lifting plans to move heavy materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with ground crews and signalers to execute safe lifts.
• Maintain logs of crane operations, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Adhere to company policies, OSHA standards, and industry regulations.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Assist in rigging and load securing as needed.

Required Qualifications

Education & Certification

• Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Valid crane operator certification from a recognized authority.
• OSHA or equivalent safety training certification.

Experience & Skills

• 5-10 years of experience as a Crane Operator in the Oil & Gas or Construction industry.
• Proficiency in operating different crane types (e.g., hydraulic, lattice boom).
• Strong understanding of load charts, rigging techniques, and hand signals.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments with strict deadlines.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
• Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires on-site presence in challenging outdoor and industrial settings. Candidates must be prepared to work in varying weather conditions and adhere to strict safety protocols.
