About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cranes & Earth Moving Foreman to join our team at AMHEC in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee heavy equipment operations, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of construction projects. You will be responsible for managing crane and earth-moving machinery, supervising teams, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.

This is a full-time position in the Maintenance Department, requiring a hands-on leader with extensive industry experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment management, team leadership, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate crane and earth-moving equipment operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and repairs.
• Train and mentor team members on proper machinery handling.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Inspect machinery for defects and report issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to optimize workflow.
• Maintain records of equipment usage and maintenance activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in crane and earth-moving operations.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in machine learning applications for predictive maintenance is a plus.

Education & Certifications

• Graduation or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Certifications in heavy equipment operation and safety (OSHA, NCCCO, or equivalent).
