Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate CSR Executive – Telecalling to join our Finance & Accounting department. This role is perfect for freshers (0-1 year of experience) looking to kickstart their career in healthcare administration. The position involves handling telecalling responsibilities, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication with patients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Telecalling & Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients, schedule appointments, and provide information about hospital services.
• Data Maintenance: Accurately update and maintain patient records, financial transactions, and other critical databases.
• Follow-Ups: Conduct follow-up calls with patients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Coordination: Liaise between patients, doctors, and administrative staff to facilitate smooth operations.
• Reporting: Generate reports on call metrics, patient queries, and other key performance indicators.
• Compliance: Adhere to hospital policies, data privacy regulations, and ethical communication guidelines.
