Job Overview

HR GLOBAL REACH, a leading name in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cup Board Fixing Technician to join our Engineering department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of technical experience in cabinet or furniture assembly and repair.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and repair cupboards, cabinets, and storage units in accordance with specifications.
• Measure and mark surfaces to ensure accurate placement of fixtures.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
• Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow company protocols and industry best practices for quality assurance.
• Provide feedback on product improvements or process optimizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, sanders).
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of carpentry and woodworking techniques.
• Experience with cupboard assembly, finishing, and repair.

Education & Experience

• Education Level: Doctorate in Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role within the manufacturing or construction industry.
• Certification in carpentry or cabinet-making is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role is an on-site position located in Diriyah, Riyadh. Candidates must be prepared to work in a manufacturing or workshop setting with the following physical demands:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in environments with dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
