About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic healthcare team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare industry. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Whitefield, Bangalore.

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist patients with appointment scheduling, billing queries, and healthcare service information.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., medical staff, billing department) to resolve complex issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience and loyalty.
  • Stay updated with healthcare regulations, company policies, and industry trends.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology and processes (preferred).

Education and Experience:

  • Graduation/Diploma in any discipline (Healthcare-related fields preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably in healthcare.
