Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to digital marketing services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and provide product/service training.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential Skills:
- Excellent Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate solutions clearly.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
- Basic Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, email systems, and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
Education & Experience:
- Education: Doctorate (Any field, though Marketing or Communications is preferred).
- Experience: 0-1 year in customer service or a related role. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
