Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Debug & Rework Technician to join our Production Department in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in debugging and reworking electronic assemblies, ensuring compliance with quality standards and production efficiency. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing output.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot defects in electronic assemblies using diagnostic tools and schematics.
• Perform rework and repairs on PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) to meet quality specifications.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Document debugging and rework activities, maintaining accurate records for traceability.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards in all operational tasks.
• Assist in training junior technicians and sharing best practices for debugging and rework.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• ITI certification in Electronics or related field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in debugging and rework within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with electronic testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in soldering and de-soldering techniques (through-hole and SMT components).
• Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and assembly drawings.
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards for electronic assembly quality.
• Experience with automated testing equipment is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
