Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Nursing Supervision: Support the Nursing Superintendent in overseeing daily nursing operations, ensuring adherence to protocols and standards.

• Patient Care Coordination: Ensure high-quality patient care by coordinating with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• Graduation/Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• 1-3 years of experience in a nursing leadership or supervisory role.
• Valid nursing license/certification as per Kuwait healthcare regulations.

Skills & Competencies

• Clinical Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate nursing teams.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle crises and make quick, informed decisions.
