As we expand our engineering team, we're looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. If you're passionate about cloud infrastructure, automation, and optimizing deployment workflows, this role is for you!

Job Description

As a DevOps Engineer at Axi, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You’ll collaborate with software engineers, QA teams, and product managers to ensure seamless deployment and scalability of our trading platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS.
• Implement and maintain container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Implement security best practices across cloud environments.
• Maintain and improve logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.
• Document infrastructure architecture and deployment processes.

Requirements

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
• Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS, etc.).
• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
• Understanding of networking, security, and cloud best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Knowledge of database management and optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or DevOps are a plus.
