Key Responsibilities

As a Diesel Mechanic at Mivian Indoglobal Management Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for:

• Performing diagnostic tests, troubleshooting, and repairs on diesel engines and heavy equipment.
• Conducting routine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and engine tune-ups.
• Inspecting and repairing fuel systems, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic reports.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to optimize equipment performance.
• Maintaining accurate records of repairs, inspections, and parts inventory.
• Operating specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Providing guidance to junior mechanics and apprentices.
• Assisting in emergency repairs and breakdown services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• Mechanical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and heavy machinery.
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in diesel engine maintenance and repair.
• Education: Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to use diagnostic tools, welding equipment, and mechanical tools.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
